Yoga


Yoga is benefits both body and mind. It's said to help with common maladies like colds and body aches, plus it relieves tension and frustration. Yoga practitioners gain good posture, better blood circulation and endurance, plus self-confidence, calm and a positive outlook. Yoga are designed to strenghten the entire musculature in a balanced way too.


No one is too stiff to do yoga, and no one is too old for learning it. Our muscles and body will slowly learn to relax, and in time we will be more flexible.

Choose a quite, airy place to practise yoga in the morning or at night, use a non-slip mat and wear comfortably. But DON'T practise for 1 to 2 hours after a light meal of 4 to 5 hours after a heavy meal.
