Our eyes are two of our most precious possessions - yet, all too easily, we can take good eyesight for granted. Always protect our eyes with these low-effort actions :
1) Always wear a properly fitting pair of swimming goggles when swim,
it will protect our eyes from chlorine.
2) Wear safety glasses while doing carpentry,it will prevent debris from
causing corneal abrasions.
3) Remember to remove eye makeup every night. This prevents small pieces
of the makeup from winding up in our eye, which could possibly scratch our
cornea.
4) Wear our stylish sun glasses whenever we leave to outdoor. This will block
out the harsh glare of the sun and also protect our eyes from the drying
effects of wind.
5) Eat fish twice a week because fish are a rich source of omega-3 fatty acids.
It's proven to reduce the risk of dry-eye syndrome.
6) Take a bilberry supplement every morning. The berries contain compounds
called anthocyanosides, which help protect the retina against macular
degeneration.
